New World Wine Discovery 2026
Effective date: 1 May 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the New World Wine Discovery 2026 voting platform (the "Platform"), operated by Public House Entertainment Company Limited ("Tattoo Wine", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tattoo Wine. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
The Platform enables registered users to participate in the public voting component of the New World Wine Discovery 2026 (the "Competition"), an independent blind wine tasting competition benchmarking wines from Australia, China, and the United States across two varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
Public votes contribute 30% of the weighting used to select wines for the final judging round. Final Competition results are determined solely by an independent expert panel. Participation in public voting does not guarantee any influence over, or entitlement to challenge, the final results.
Tattoo Wine reserves the right to modify, suspend, delay, or discontinue the Platform or any aspect of the Competition at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.
Tattoo Wine and its appointed independent panel retain sole and absolute discretion over all aspects of the Competition, including but not limited to: wine selection, judge appointment, scoring methodology, result calculation, and the decision to void, delay, or cancel the Competition in whole or in part.
All Competition results, once announced, are final and binding. Results are not subject to appeal, challenge, or review by any participant, voter, or third party. By participating in public voting, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
In the event of any error, technical failure, fraud, or other circumstance that in our reasonable judgment compromises the integrity of the voting process, we reserve the right to disregard affected votes, re-open voting, or take any other remedial action we consider appropriate. Our determination in such circumstances is final.
Participation in voting through the Platform carries no entitlement to any prize, reward, compensation, recognition, or commercial benefit of any kind. Voting is a non-commercial act of participation only.
Tattoo Wine makes no representations regarding any benefit that may or may not be associated with participation in the Competition by any third party, and is not responsible for any promises, representations, or offers made by any third party in connection with the Competition.
To use the Platform, you must:
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and disqualify votes where eligibility cannot be verified or where a representation proves to be false.
You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any laws relating to the minimum legal drinking age. Any liability arising from a misrepresentation of your eligibility rests entirely with you. Tattoo Wine bears no liability for your access to or use of the Platform in breach of applicable law.
Access to voting functionality requires you to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:
You must notify us promptly at happy@tattoowine.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or failed to notify us in a timely manner.
One account per person. We reserve the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate accounts and disqualify any votes associated with them. We also reserve the right to require re-verification of your identity or eligibility at any time.
By casting a vote, you represent and warrant that:
Any attempt to artificially inflate or manipulate votes — including through the use of automated tools, bots, scripts, multiple accounts, coordinated voting campaigns, or any other means — will result in the disqualification of affected votes and may result in account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to disregard, adjust, or remove votes that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, inauthentic, coerced, or otherwise inconsistent with the integrity of the Competition. Such determinations are made at our sole discretion and are final and non-appealable.
